Eligibility
Contestants must;

Meet Age requirements as of: July 15, 2026

Be of good moral character

Not use or consume or abuse any illegal or dangerous substances

Not have any past or present association with the adult entertainment or publishing industries
-
Be in a sound mental & physical condition that supports the effective executions of her duties

Be a natural born female & Citizen of the U.S by birth or naturalization
Winners must;
-
Attend the America's United States National Pageant July 23-25, 2026, in High Point, NC (excluding Tiny Miss Camp is optional & Elite Ms. is State Only)
-
Keep up a regular social media presence on their Official Facebook & Instagram pages throughout their reign
-
Make one public appearance per month
-
Return the following year to crown their successor

If unable to fulfill their obligations, return ALL prizes and give pageant staff adequate time to prepare a runner up for Nationals

Age Divisions
Tiny Miss: Ages 3-5 (Nationals Optional)
Little Miss: Ages 6 to 9
Jr Miss: Ages 10 to 13
Fun Fashion Wear: 1/2 of score
Evening Gown: 1/2 of score
Teen: 14 to 18
Miss: 19- 29
(Can be married or have children)
Ms: 30 & up
Mrs: 30 & up
Elite Ms: 45 & up
(State Pageant Only)
